Arya Transfo provides engineered transformer tank solutions for distribution and power transformers, combining advanced manufacturing technologies with proven fabrication expertise to meet the most demanding operational and environmental requirements.

The manufacturing portfolio includes corrugated wall tanks for distribution transformers rated up to 3,150 kVA, as well as reinforced flat-wall tanks in Conventional and Bell Type configurations. Flat-wall tanks weighing up to 35 tons are produced for a broad range of distribution and power transformer applications.

From engineering design to final surface protection, every stage of the manufacturing process is performed in-house. Projects can be executed based on customer documentation or developed by Arya Transfo’s engineering team through complete design and drafting services tailored to project-specific requirements.

Production is supported by CNC laser and plasma cutting systems, qualified fabrication procedures, and certified welding personnel, ensuring consistent quality and dimensional accuracy throughout the manufacturing process. Each tank is subjected to comprehensive inspection and leak-tightness testing prior to finishing.

To ensure long-term durability and corrosion protection, flat-wall tanks are treated with an oil-resistant internal coating and a multi-layer external coating system applied after shot blasting. Standard coating specifications are designed to comply with ISO 12944, Corrosivity Category C4, while alternative protection systems can be provided for more demanding service environments.

Corrugated wall tanks are protected using an electrostatically applied powder coating process, delivering durable and uniform surface coverage.

A complete range of auxiliary equipment, including conservators, bushing turrets, cable boxes, and associated piping assemblies, can be supplied as part of the overall solution. Magnetic shielding systems are also available for power transformer applications to minimize stray losses and support optimum transformer performance.
