Tank

Types of transformer tanks with a congressional wall for distribution transformers with a capacity of up to 3150 kVA and tanks with reinforced flat walls in two forms (normal type) and bell type up to a tank weight of up to 30 tons for use in distribution transformers and electricity in the halls can be built and supplied by the Arya Transfo collection tank.
For this purpose, based on the customer’s drawings or by receiving the main information and carrying out the design within the collection, provided workshop drawings, using steel sheets from reputable brands and CNC laser and plasma cutting machines by experienced personnel and welders with valid welding certificates, tanks are made. They are sent to the color station after performing quality tests and no leakage. For tanks with flat walls, the inner surfaces in contact with transformer oil are painted with a suitable lacquer with a thickness of at least 30 microns, and the outer surfaces after shot blasting are painted with an airless spray paint system consisting of three layers with a thickness of at least 180 microns for long-term resistance to environmental conditions. The default C4 environmental conditions are based on the ISO 12944 standard, at the same time, it is possible to perform for other environmental conditions listed in the said standard. Conventional tanks are painted with electrostatic powder paint for external surfaces.
Depending on the customer’s needs, peripheral equipment such as a conservator, insulating tower, cable box, and related piping components can also be provided. On request, magnetic shields are also provided on the walls to control the load losses of power transformers.

Arya Transfo Industrial Group manufactures various types of transformer tanks, including those with corrugated walls for distribution transformers up to 3150 kVA, and reinforced flat-walled tanks in two forms: standard type and bell type, with tank weights up to 30 tons.

Design and Fabrication:

  • Customization: Tanks can be built based on customer drawings or designed internally by Arya Transfo. This involves preparing workshop drawings and using high-quality steel sheets from reputable brands.
  • Cutting and Assembly: CNC laser and plasma cutting machines are used to ensure precision. Experienced personnel and certified welders construct the tanks, which are then subjected to quality tests to ensure no leakage.
  • Painting and Coating: The inner surfaces in contact with transformer oil are coated with a suitable lacquer with a minimum thickness of 30 microns. The outer surfaces are shot-blasted and painted using an airless spray system, consisting of three layers with a total thickness of at least 180 microns, ensuring long-term resistance to environmental conditions. These are typically rated for C4 environmental conditions based on ISO 12944 standards, though adjustments can be made for other specified conditions.

Additional Features:

  • Equipment: Based on customer requirements, additional components such as conservators, turrets, cable boxes, and related piping can be supplied.
  • Magnetic Shields: Upon request, magnetic shields can be provided on the tank walls to control load losses in power transformers.

Arya Transfo ensures high-quality production standards and offers customization options to meet specific client needs, ensuring durability and reliability of transformer tanks.
