Continuously Transposed Conductors (CTC) are widely used in high-current transformer windings where increased conductor cross-sectional area is required to minimize load and stray losses.

Manufactured from multiple transposed enameled rectangular conductors, CTC significantly improves current distribution while reducing eddy-current losses within transformer windings. Additional epoxy bonding enhances mechanical strength, while netting insulation can be applied to improve oil circulation and heat dissipation.

Leveraging advanced European manufacturing technology, Arya Transfo produces CTC conductors with up to 85 strands and a wide range of paper and netting insulation options to meet diverse transformer design requirements.

The enameled conductors used in production are sourced from qualified suppliers operating in accordance with stringent quality standards. Manufacturing and quality control processes are performed in compliance with IEC 60317 requirements, ensuring consistent product quality and reliability.

In addition to supporting internal manufacturing requirements, Arya Transfo supplies CTC conductors to transformer manufacturers and other industry customers.
