Recognizing the high sensitivity and critical importance of windings in transformer components, Arya Transfo Industrial Group employs fully automatic winding machines for distribution transformers and semi-automatic winding machines for power transformers from the esteemed Swiss brand Tuboly-Astronics AG. This enables the group to offer a variety of semi-finished coil products based on reverse engineering of existing coils, complete in-house design, or customer-supplied plans.

These winding products can be used for:

• Repair Transformers: Providing replacement coils for transformers undergoing repair.
• Spare Coils: Supplying spare coils for critical customer transformers, ensuring quick replacement and minimal downtime in case of failure.
• Supplementing Production: Addressing the production capacity shortfall of other transformer manufacturers.

In the winding section of distribution transformers, Arya Transfo offers various types of layer windings using flat and round wire and foil made of copper or aluminum, supporting capacities up to 4000kVA and voltages up to 36kV. In the power transformers section, the offerings include layer windings, helical windings, disc windings, and voltage regulation windings, supporting capacities up to 550MVA and voltages up to 420kV.
For furnace transformers and high-current rectifiers, Arya Transfo provides high-current coils for both low and high voltage, as well as voltage regulation coils. These coils can be supplied as spares or replacements according to customer needs. All coils are meticulously packaged and delivered as per the agreed terms with the customer.
