Installation & Installation supervision

The installation of a transformer is a crucial and sensitive step in its utilization process. It can be directly placed on the foundation or mounted using wheels, rails, or ski-shaped bases. Therefore, ensuring the quality of the foundation and rails is paramount. Due to loading and transportation limitations during shipment, accessories and equipment such as bushings, cable boxes, and conservator are removed from the transformer and sent separately to the customer’s site.

Correct and principled installation of the transformer and its accessories on-site is essential for its proper operation and longevity. Arya Transfo recommends that this task be carried out by experienced and expert personnel using approved devices provided by Arya Transfo’s after-sales service company. The company is fully prepared to install and set up all types of transformers manufactured by Arya Transfo and other domestic and foreign manufacturers, adhering to Arya Transfo’s standards and guidelines.

Among the installation operations conducted by Arya Transfo’s after-sales service company are the installation of radiators, various types of airbags and conservators, turrets, high voltage and low voltage bushings, and protective and control equipment. Additionally, services such as vacuuming, charging, and oil circulation are provided at the customer’s site.

Supervising the installation and commissioning process at the customer’s site for products from Arya Transfo and other domestic and foreign transformer manufacturing companies is another service provided by Arya Transfo’s after-sales team. Before visiting the customer’s site, the company’s supervisors conduct a thorough evaluation, checking and confirming information such as the installation contractor’s history, the list and images of their equipment, pictures of the transformer installation site, and other relevant documents as per guidelines.
Once on-site, the supervisors closely monitor the installation and commissioning process, as well as oversee the performance of both the equipment and contractors. They complete necessary checklists and issue permission to electrify once everything meets the required standards and criteria. This ensures a smooth and efficient installation process, maintaining the quality and reliability of the transformers.
